Release notes for May 2025

This release focuses on a new feature for sorting substances by their similarity score, helping to identify the commercial availability of similar substances, accelerate synthesis planning, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.

Sort by similarity for substance results
All substance search results will have the option to sort by similarity score. This option will be accessible via the dropdown menu on the results page. For substance similarity searches the results set will be sorted by their similarity score by default.

Sort by similarity for Reaxys commercial substance results
All commercial substance search results will have the option to be sorted by similarity score. This option will be accessible via the dropdown menu on the results page beside the other sorting options. For substance similarity searches the results set will be sorted by their similarity score by default. Using this new sorting option makes it easier to find commercially available similar building blocks and therefore accelerates synthesis processes.
