Gain richer insights for competitive intelligence – thanks up-to-date patent ownership information
Reaxys keeps you up to date with competitive intelligence information. We bring you valuable patent ownership insights that enable you in identifying existing vs emerging competitors, mergers/acquisitions, innovators in a market (for partnerships or acquisitions), etc. It can often be challenging to find out the current owner of a patent once a company has been acquired or merged with another, as it is difficult to trace the ownership information within the respective patent offices or other publicly available sources.
Thanks to the collaboration with LexisNexis PatentSight, Reaxys exclusively receives weekly updates for the Current Patent Assignee allowing you to be on top of any changes to the ownership of patent IP.
Additionally, there is a new field on the Ultimate Owner in the patent bibliography. This information provides you with insight in the ultimate ownership of the IP and the commercial rights.
Learn more about the ownership of a patent and its IP on Reaxys Support Hub.
