How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

If you forget your password, you can retrieve it via email.

Follow these steps to recover your password:

1. Go to the Reaxys home page.
2. Click 'Sign in' at the top-right corner.
3. Click 'Forgot your password?'
4. Enter your email address and click ‘Send me a recovery email’

After completing these steps you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
