How do I register?

If you have not previously created your EHR system credentials, please contact your local IT Administrator for assistance in setting up your EHR profile.    

Your local hospital/provider will provide you with instructions for creating your MyChart account. Typically, these instructions are provided via email following your visit.    

Once your user account has been setup by your Elsevier Implementation Specialist, you will receive an automated email to create your unique password to complete your logon credentials.
