How do I login to the site?

Clinicians will access the PatientPass application from within the electronic health record (EHR) system using their EHR credentials.    

Patients will access their assigned education through their MyChart patient portal and will use the credentials assigned to them by their hospital/provider.    

System administrators will receive an invitation to create their logon credentials from their Elsevier Implementation Specialist. Additional administrators profiles can be created by System Administrator from within the administrator application.
