What happens after I have placed my order?

After placing your order we will add the ebook(s) to your existing ScienceDirect license. This will take approximately 3 working days. An overview of the process is below:
- Order confirmation message on platform and via email.
- 'Agreement email' and mail.
- Entitlement confirmation email.
- Invoice email and mail.
If you cannot access your ebook(s) after 3 working days, contact us using one of the options below.
