Why can’t I see or select an institution when I click 'Access PDF via institution'?

The list of institutions is retrieved from an independent third-party site, seamlessaccess.org. Information retrieved from this site can be incorrectly blocked by privacy-assurance extensions (e.g. Privacy Badger, DuckDuckGo, Ghostery).
To ensure you are able to view the institution list when browsing Mendeley Catalog Article Pages (for example https://www.mendeley.com/catalogue/719c8e0f-1a76-37e0-995e-41f52878878a/), whitelist md.seamlessaccess.org in the settings of the privacy assurance software.
