How do I download a full PDF I've seen in Mendeley?

For all articles on our site we are presenting the article's citation information. However, we don't support pdf viewing/downloading for all of them.
For some articles such as those that are Open Access or where we can verify user's entitlement, then you may find the full PDF link and should be able to view/download it by 'View PDF' in the article's catalog page.
