What can I do if my selected collections aren’t remembered by Web Importer?

This is usually caused by a cookie issue.Please take the following steps:
- Open Google Chrome preferences.
- Go to 'Advanced' at the bottom.
- Select 'Site settings'.
- Select 'Cookies'.
- Click 'Add' in the 'Allow' section.
- Add the following to the allowed sites: chrome-extension://dagcmkpagjlhakfdhnbomgmjdpkdklff
