What can I do if my Firefox Mendeley Web Importer extension is installed but I can't see it in my toolbar?

Right click on the toolbar and select 'Customize'. In the window that appears, locate Mendeley Web Importer and drag the icon back to the toolbar in the top-right. Finally, click 'Done'. The extension icon should now be restored.
