Can I manage Notes as an Administrator or Editor?

Administrators and Editors, whose logins have elevated privileges, can add, modify, and delete 'Notes' via the Editors module. Accessed via the Editors module, the 'Notes' tab also provides access to the central repository for notes, whether for opportunities or funders, created by all users at the institution. Notes are visible only to users within an institution; they are not accessible to external users.
