Can I add notes to an opportunity?

Notes can be added to any opportunity and shared with others within the same institution; additionally, this feature is available for adding notes to all opportunities from a specific funder. Notes can be edited or deleted by Editors and Administrators within the notes field. It’s important to understand that notes are only available for viewing by other users within the same institution; they are not available for viewing by other institutions.
