How to I view the Skills and Note version history?

It is possible to view previous versions of a skill as well as all version of the notes associated with the skill.

How

Follow these steps to view previous versions of the skill and notes:

1. Select 'Add/Edit Skills' from the Skills menu selections.
2. The Skills Content Management screen displays.
3. Locate the skill.
4. Click the number link in the Version column corresponding to the skill.
5. The Version History Details screen displays. Links to previous versions of the skill display in the Version Column. 
6. You can choose to:

   • View versions of the skill: Click a number link in the Version column that corresponds to a previous version of the skill. All note version of the skills are accessable by clicking the Notes icon. Then click the note version link that corresponds to the note to be viewed.
   • View versions of the notes: Click the Notes Version History and click the link for the note to be viewed.
