How do I set overall module item properties?

Follow these steps to set overall module item properties:

1. Access the module editing functionality in one of the following ways:

   • Select 'Edit Existing Module' from the eLearning menu selections.
   • Click the 'Edit a Module' link in the Quick Links section of the Personal Page. The Edit Module screen displays
2. Select the module name from the Current Modules menu choices.
3. Click 'Select Module' button. The Edit Module screen refreshes displaying the selected module properties.
4. Click 'Assignable Items'.

   Please Note: Changes made to overall item properties will overwrite individual lesson properties.

5. Modify the appropriate properties in the Change All Item Properties section:

   • Enter the number of days the learner has to complete all lessons in the 'Complete Days' field.
   • Use the calendar functionality of the 'Due Date' field to select a specific lesson completion date.
   • Select the order in which the lessons should appear in the learner’s lesson plan from the Priority menu choices.
   • Enable the appropriate checkbox to indicate if a Checklist is required.
   • Enable the appropriate checkbox to indicate if the test questions should be in random order. 
6. Click 'Update' The Edit Module screen refreshes displaying the changes.
