How do I export my search results?

Last updated on September 22, 2021

Embase allows you to export (parts of) your search results in several formats.

Please note: Exporting data for anonymous users.

Freedom of data export is one of the unique features of Embase. However, excessive numbers of concurrent export operations can impact the solution’s performance for all users. To ensure consistent and fast performance for everyone using the solution, we’ve made the decision to limit the export batch of anonymous users. Starting from September 22:

  • Registered users can export data from Embase with the limitations stated in the agreement at a limit of 10,000 records at a time.
  • Anonymous users can export data from Embase with the limitations stated in the agreement at a limit of 500 records at a time.

The functionality of the export feature in the filters is kept intact and no sign in is required.
