What should I do if I receive an error message?
Last updated on November 19, 2024
If you have received an error message indicating that “Something went wrong and your recent changes have not been saved. Save should re-engage soon. Do not close this window until the document is saved” first check that your internet connection has not been disrupted.
If you are still connected, do not exit away from the page, leave your browser window open. Navigating away from the page may result in content loss. We highly recommend reaching out to our Support desk to troubleshoot any errors as a first step. Please include your most recent action as a part of your inquiry.
If you need further assistance, please contact us for the quickest and easiest resolution to your question.
