How do I cancel my trial or paid subscription?

You can cancel your trial or paid subscription anytime online before the trial / paid subscription end date. Follow these steps to cancel your paid or trial ClinicalKey AI subscription:

1. Go to ClinicalKey AI
2. Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
3. Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
4. Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
5. Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
6. The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email

Access to ClinicalKey will continue until your subscription end date. (To find your subscription end date, follow steps 1, 2, 3 and 4. The subscription end date is to the right of the product name.)
