As a subscriber, how can I view my subscription information?

1. Go to ClinicalKey AI subscriptions
2. Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
3. Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
4. Click ‘My Orders’ which is located on the left side of the screen.

As of March 7, 2025, we now accept Paypal, in addition to credit and debit cards, for ClinicalKey AI orders.

If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact us using one of the options below.

To ensure data protection of credit card information, please do not send your credit card details via email. This is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards which state that we cannot process credit card information received by email.

Follow the steps below to view a copy of the receipt from your order:

1. Visit ClinicalKey AI subscriptions
2. Log in to your account.
3. After logging in, click your name, which is located in the upper right of the screen, then choose “My Account.”
4. In the menu on the left, select ’My Orders'.
5. Select the relevant 'Order Number,’ the choose “View Order.”

After completing these steps you will be able to view a copy of your order receipt.
