How can I allow-list your product in our firewall?

Allow-listing means that a website is added to a safe list for a network's firewall. Firewalls are configured to stop potentially malicious websites from infecting a PC or network.

To ensure our product sites (which you have a subscription to) can communicate with your PC, you need to allow the domain.

Please note: Don't allow-list IP addresses, because for the following products they might change: ScienceDirect, Scopus, Engineering Village and ClinicalKey.
