How do I cancel my order for a journal subscription?

If you need to request a cancellation of your order, please call us or send an inquiry via the webform using the options found at the bottom of this page.

Please have the following information ready:

• Your Elsevier account number found on the invoice/receipt
• The name on the account
• The Journal title
• The date when the order was placed
• E-mail address used to complete the order

Additional requirements when a refund is needed:

• The payment method used (credit card, wire transfer or check)
• Name that appears on the card, type of card (VI/MC/Amex) and the last 4 digits (if order was paid by credit card)

The following can also be provided if available:

• Your order reference number
• The journal ISSN
