Back to all metricsThe count of Policy Documents citing your entity's Scholarly Output. This is a deduplicated count of the total number of Policy Documents citing your entity's Scholarly Output, as a Policy Document may cite more than one of your entity's publications.
The citing policy documents are indexed in the Overton database and are matched to Scholarly Outputs in SciVal via the DOI numbers in the references.
In the Benchmarking module, the publication year is the year that the Citing Policy Documents were published and not the year of published Scholarly Output. Learn more
