Citations per publication is total citations divided by total number of publications at the engineering school. This is the average number of citations an engineering school's publication receives. The metrics are extracted from SciVal based on Elsevier’s Scopus® Data. It is weighted at 3% of overall U.S. News Best Engineering Schools score.
