How can I compare the Policy and Patent impact of different entities?

    Back to the Impact module FAQs

If you subscribe to the Impact modules, you automatically get Policy and Patent metrics in the Benchmarking module. This allows you to easily compare your citation, Patent and Policy impact against peers.

1. Select the entities you’d like to compare.
    
2. Choose the metric of interest from the Policy and Patents Impact metrics selector.
   
3. See the impact over time.
   
4. Choose additional metrics with which to benchmark the entities.
   Note: For entities of different sizes, but with similar publication profiles, the percentage option can be used to normalize for size.
