You can update your credit card information in My Account on https://www.us.elsevierhealth.com.

Please note: You can only change your payment method during subscription renewal time period. The renewal time period begins one month (30 days) before the end date of an annual subscription.

Follow these steps to update your credit card information during your renewal time period:

1. Go to https://www.us.elsevierhealth.com
2. Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
3. Click on “My Account” in your account menu
4. Click on “My Subscriptions”
5. Click on “edit” below the red Auto-Renew button
6. Click on “Billing Information”
7. Click on the edit button to the right of “Payment Details”
8. You are redirected to the payment page where you can update your credit card information
