How do I know if my PATHPrimer or RADPrimer order was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. You also can view all of your order information in your account on us.elsevierhealth.com:

  1. Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
  2. Once logged in, click on “My Orders” in your account menu
  3. You can view the order status in the My Orders panel

If you can see the order in the 'Order History' tab, but it is not one of your active subscriptions, please contact us using one of the options at the bottom of this page.
