How do I further process my search results?

Last updated on July 28, 2025

From the search results page, you can view:

  • A list of documents found by your search request.
  • The total number of documents found for your search.
  • The query details sent from the search form.

You can view 10 results per page by default.

Tip: Use the EDIT SEARCH link to refine your structure query, not the Back button, when your results are not what you expected.

You can change the appearance of your results. Use the following controls to make the changes:

In the following tutorial video we discuss how you can refine and process text search results and how we can work with documents. We explore how we can sort, filter, save and export our results and use the “Show drugs in” feature. Further, we learn how to search within documents and approval packages, download documents and copy content. Accompanying slides can be downloaded here.
