The standard maintenance window being performed by Redox on their system has a downstream impact to PatientPass.

Redox’s planned window is always the third Saturday of each month, from 3:30 AM – 5:30 AM EST.

During a maintenance window, queues are paused, and messages are held. When the window is done, everything will be restarted and messages which have been queued will be sent in the same order they were received.
