Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

Most Osmosis subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform.
When you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew using your selected payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. Subscription lengths may vary depending on your plan (for example, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual, or multi-year plans).
How do I pay for Osmosis?
Osmosis accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
Your payment method must support recurring billing to maintain an active subscription.
Are there any additional fees associated with recurring Osmosis charges?
Osmosis charges a subscription fee, and local taxes may apply depending on your location. Some financial institutions may add transaction fees for foreign transactions, so please check with your financial institution.
How do I manage auto-renewal?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Billing section of your Osmosis account.
- Canceling your subscription will stop future renewals
- You will continue to have access to Osmosis until the end of your current billing period
Renewal Notifications
Osmosis sends email reminders before your subscription renews, so you are aware of upcoming charges. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

How do I manage payments, billing, and my Osmosis subscription plan?
You can manage your payment methods, subscription plan, and billing date, history, and other details in the Billing section of your Osmosis account when logged in.
How do I cancel Osmosis?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Billing page. Please note that this only cancels your subscription's auto-renewal. Canceling subscriptions does not automatically process a refund; we can only refund subscriptions within the first week of purchase. Please check our refund policy.
Refunds for Auto-Renewed Subscriptions
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request and the length of your subscription:
- Refund requests for auto-renewed subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge
- Subscriptions shorter than one year (such as monthly or 6-month plans) are not eligible for refunds
- Refunds may not be granted if the subscription has been significantly used or the request falls outside the allowed timeframe
- Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- If a refund is granted, please note that the auto-renewal will be canceled and your subscription will be closed to prevent further charges

Mobile App Subscription Management
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription must be managed within that platform. To cancel or request a refund via mobile, please use your device’s subscription settings.
