Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the length of the subscription purchased.

  • Subscriptions of one year or longer: If you purchased an Osmosis subscription for one year or longer and request a refund within 7 days of purchase or charge, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Subscriptions shorter than one year are not eligible for refunds.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your Osmosis account and visit the Billing page.

Canceling your subscription:

  • Stops future auto-renewal charges
  • You will be able to use Osmosis until the end of your current billing period

Note that canceling your Osmosis subscription does not initiate a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible):

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Osmosis account.
  2. Include the reason for your refund request so our team can review your request.

Our support team will review the request and respond with the next steps.

Mobile App Purchases and Refunds

If you purchased an Osmosis subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the app store provider. Therefore, refund requests for mobile purchases must be submitted directly through Apple or Google.
