Overview of Our Web Subscription Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you purchased a paid Osmosis subscription for one year or longer and request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase or charge, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please note that all sales of paid Osmosis subscriptions shorter than one year are final.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your osmosis.org account. When emailing, kindly share the reason for your cancellation, as we are always looking for feedback to improve our services.
