Below are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions about Osmosis.

With my paid Osmosis subscription, will I get access to additional content and features that Osmosis releases?

Yes. We’re improving Osmosis by adding powerful new features and high-yield material all the time. Your paid Osmosis subscription gets you access to all of these benefits, including exclusive access to the newly released Osmosis content at no additional cost to you.

In general, active paid subscribers will continue to have access to new content and feature updates that are included in their subscription plan. However, because some features vary by plan or program, some types of content or tools may not be available for every plan.

Osmosis references many other resources, such as Sketchy, Picmonic, and Pathoma. Are these included in my paid Osmosis subscription?

A paid Osmosis subscription does not include separate paid subscriptions to third-party resources. Access to those services is not included unless explicitly stated.

Osmosis does include built-in notetaking tools and curated external resources to help our learners organize their study materials alongside Osmosis content in one place.

Will I continue to have access to the materials I create or upload to Osmosis if my paid subscription expires?

Yes! If your paid subscription expires, you will no longer have access to paid subscription features and content, but any materials you created or uploaded yourself (e.g., your notes or other personal resources) will be accessible through your Osmosis account.

What happens if I purchase a paid Osmosis subscription before my free trial is over?

If you purchase a subscription while your free trial is still active, your paid subscription will begin, uninterrupted, after your free trial ends. Any progress you’ve made in Osmosis will be carried over.

How do I renew my paid Osmosis subscription?

 Please note that paid Osmosis subscriptions automatically renew to avoid any interruption of service. If you’d like to make changes to your subscription, such as choosing a different plan or adjusting auto-renew, you can manage your subscription through the Billing section of the Osmosis website.

 How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.

Please note: canceling your subscription stops future auto-renewal charges, but it does not immediately end your access. You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the length of the subscription purchased. Subscriptions of one year or longer may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, while subscriptions shorter than one year, including monthly subscriptions, are not eligible for refunds.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through your device’s subscription settings.

Do I need to be part of a study group or class to use Osmosis?

You don’t need to be a part of a study group or class to use Osmosis! Individual learners as well as those in group settings are welcome. Note that some schools and training programs provide access through institutional subscriptions.

What do I get with my subscription?

A paid Osmosis subscription provides access to a range of learning tools and study resources designed to support studying and exam preparation.

These may include:

How will I be billed?

Osmosis subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Available options may include monthly and longer-term subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. We do not offer payment plans at this time.
