Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but you will continue to have access to your Osmosis subscription until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Osmosis account.
- Go to the "Billing" sectionopens in new tab/window
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not be renewed.
Important Notes
New purchases are not eligible for refunds.
12-month and 24-month plans may be eligible for a refund if you request one within 7 days of a renewal charge. Subscriptions shorter than 12 months are not eligible for refunds. See our Refund/Cancellation Policy for details.
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals, but it will not end your access immediately. You will be able to continue using Osmosis until the end of your current billing period.
Subscriptions Purchased Through Mobile
If you purchased your Osmosis subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel the subscription through your device's subscription settings rather than through the Osmosis website.
