Can I submit my chapter by email instead of EPS?

We prefer that you submit your article via the EPS system because it is tracked and stored in a centralized location safely. However, if you need to submit your article via email please make sure you send it to the appropriate content or associate content project manager and follow up with a separate email requesting receipt of your article. The reason we prefer the chapter to be submitted through the EPS system is because the mailboxes aren't very large and fill up very quickly. The system is a much more streamlined way of submitting.
