How do Mendeley Institutional Edition (MIE) users know when their institutional benefits are due to expire?

Mendeley Institutional Edition (MIE) users will receive an email notification 10 days in advance of the expiry date. This notification will advise users to sign in to Mendeley (within IP range or via Shibboleth).

If you'll be in the IP range / VPN within these 10 days, you'll keep your access for another 12 months.

Alternatively, users can contact their librarian and request to keep premium Mendeley Institutional Edition (MIE) benefits access. However, if an institution cancels or fails to renew their MIE subscription, then access to premium MIE benefits will stop after this 10-day notice period and return to the freemium version of Mendeley instead.
