How do I run a Single Dx Panel?
Last updated on March 21, 2023Follow these steps to perform a single Dx Search using Colon Adenocarcinoma:
- Enter your first search term (e.g., “colon”).
- In the filtered list that is generated, find the desired diagnosis
- If you prefer to search through the entire list of diagnosis names, click the Magnifying Glass icon to the right of the search box. You will not need to enter any search terms into the text box, this will give you the full alphanumeric list of diagnosis names in ImmunoQuery.
- Click the plus next to your desired diagnose or the name itself until it appears under Selected Dxs.
- The info will display associated discrete diagnosis names of each selection and guidance on adjusting the sensitivity and minimum references of your search. You may remove “Colon adenocarcinoma” from the selected Dx list by clicking the minus next to the name.
- Click 'Build Panel' to run this single diagnosis query.
From this panel you can:
- display bibliographic information of associated references by clicking the # of Refs hyperlink.
- open an associated Learn About page by clicking on either the diagnostic group name or antibody name.
- modify the search sensitivity or minimum reference settings by clicking the radio buttons above the right column.
