How do I know if my ImmunoQuery order has been processed successfully?

You can check all of your order information upon logging into the ImmunoQuery store.

Follow these steps to check whether your order has been processed successfully:

  1. Visit the ImmunoQuery store at https://www.elsevier.com/solutions/immunoquery
  2. In the very right hand corner, click the View account ‘person icon’
  3. Login on the Account login page. You will be returned to the main page.
  4. Note the View Account icon in the upper right now displays your initials. Click this icon, then select View account.
  5. From the gray box on the left, select ‘Online Subscriptions’ or ‘Order History’ to see information about your order.
