What do the image request statuses in Figures Lists mean?

The Statusopens in new tab/window column in a figures listopens in new tab/window displays the availability of the image in a figures list. Image has been selected from a book in Image Finder. The original HAS BEEN provided from the Archive. After users have received the files from Archive, they need to click the yellow Status icon to change it to green.
