Why do you have separate patient education documents for the same drugs (e.g., amoxicillin)?
Last updated on October 09, 2023Our patient medication education content is based on dosage form. This allows us to provide details on how to take the medication. (e.g., shake a suspension but not a liquid, swallow tablets whole for extended-release products vs crushing,). Additionally, it allows us to highlight different storage recommendations for products (e.g., amoxicillin suspension should be stored in the refrigerator).
