What do I need to do if I'm having error with the GSDDUpdate Utility, it gets stuck in a loop and never finishes?

If you're experiencing any looping on the GSDDupdate and is not finishing, kindly please do the following:

  • Confirm if the device has ample space on the disk drive for the update process (at least 100 GB).
  • Remove all TMP files from the directory.
  • Ensure that there is not more than one GSDD update process running on your server.
  • Download a copy of the Price DB file from the SFTP site.

Once you confirmed these steps kindly rerun the update. If the error still persist kindly contact customer care and attach your update logs and the steps you undertaken prior contacting us.
