How do I know if my institution has a Funding Institutional account?

As all licenses for Funding Institutional go through institutions, you will need to ensure you are accessing Funding Institutional from your institution’s network.

Here is how you can check whether your institution has an account below:

If your institution has an account:

• You will be able to sign in to Funding Institutional with your Elsevier credentials.
• You will be able to register a new user in Funding Institutional.

If your institution does not have an account:

• You will see an error message when trying to sign in with your Elsevier credentials.
• You will not see the option to register when accessing Funding Institutional.

We recommend that you contact your institution to ask about a Funding Institutional account, as you will only be able to use the tool after they acquire a license.
