My Essential Anatomy 5 app isn’t working as expected

1. Press and hold the app’s icon until the “x” appears
2. Tap the “x” and confirm to delete
3. Restart your device
4. Open the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID
5. Navigate to Essential Anatomy 5. Select ‘Download’
6. Launch Essential Anatomy 5

1. Open ‘Finder’ and click on ‘Applications’ on the left-hand side of the window
2. Find and drag the Essential Anatomy 5 app to the Trash bin icon
3. Enter your password to confirm deleting the app. If the app has an icon in the Dock, drag it to the Trash bin icon
4. Restart your device
5. Open the Mac App Store and sign in with your Apple ID
6. Click ‘Purchased’ located on the top part of the Mac App Store window
7. Select the Essential Anatomy 5 app and click on the ‘Install’ button to download the app
8. Launch Essential Anatomy 5

Android

1. Press and hold the Essential Anatomy app’s icon until the options in the drop-down menu appear
2. Select ‘Uninstall’
3. Restart your device
4. Access the Google Play Store and go to ‘My Apps’
5. Search for Essential Anatomy and select ‘Install’
6. Launch Essential Anatomy 5
