How do I upload, edit or archive a skills illustration?

Similar to demonstration files, image files depicting the performance of the skill may be uploaded, edited, or archived for future use. The maximum file size is 30 MB/per skill and no single may be larger than 5 MB. Most common image formats are supported.
Note: Microsoft Silverlight must be installed to access this functionality.
How
Follow these steps to upload, edit or archive an image:
- Select 'Add/Edit Skills' from the Skills menu selections.
- The Skills Content Management screen displays.
- Click 'Create a new skill' button in the Skill's Content Management section. The New Skills Creation screen displays.
- Click the 'Illustration' icon to access the The Illustrations tab.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- Click 'Browse' and locate your file.
- Click 'Open'.
- Click 'OK' on the confirmation pop-up. Your Illustration file will display on the Illustrations
- Click Preview in the image row
- Click 'Save'.
- Enter the version comments in the field provided.
- Click 'Save' again.
- A confirmation message displays at the top of the screen.
- Click on the illustration row.
- Click 'Edit'. The Image Information screen displays.
- Enter applicable changes into the Image Description and Comment Text fields.
- Click 'Ok'.
- Click "Preview" in the image row
- Click 'Save'. The Version Comment tab displays.
- Enter the version comments in the field provided.
- Click 'Save' again.
- A confirmation message displays at the top of the screen.
- Click on the illustration row.
- Click 'Delete'.
- The status of the file changes to Deleted and the comments are entered confirming that file is to be deleted.
- Click 'Save'. The Version Comment tab displays.
- Enter the version comments in the field provided.
- Click 'Save' again.
- A confirmation message displays at the top of the screen.
