How do I self-enroll or unenroll from a training item?

Please Note: Licensed training items are eLearning Lessons, Skills, Policies, Linked Content, Discussions, or Knowledge Manager Checklist.
Follow these steps to self-enroll or unenroll from a training item:
- Access lessons or skill one of the following ways:
- Select 'Self-enroll' from the eLearning menu choices.
- Click the 'Self-Enroll: eLearning' link in the Quick Links section of the Personal Page.
- The eLearning Self Enroll tab of the Assigned Items screen displays.
- Enroll or Unenroll by doing one of the following:
If no lessons appear after following the above steps, it may mean your organization needs to publish lessons for self-enrollment.
- Locate the eLearning module that contains the lesson in which you want to enroll.
- Click the corresponding 'Enroll' link. The Self Enroll screen displays.
- Enable the checkboxes corresponding to the lessons in which you want to enroll.
- Enable the 'Select all' check box to enable all checkboxes in the table.
- Click the 'Add Lessons' link. The Self Enroll screen refreshes displaying a confirmation message.
- Click 'Close Window' to return to the eLearning Self Enroll tab of the Assigned Items
- Click the Assigned Item.
- Use the filter options to locate the lesson/skill.
- Selecting Assignments by Module or Assignments by Program will enable additional filter options.
- Click the 'Remove' link in the Assign Type column to unenroll from the corresponding lesson. The Assigned Items screen refreshes and the lesson no longer displays.
