How do I manage my Announcement Acknowledgement Texts?

Follow these steps to manage your announcement acknowledgement texts:

  1. Select 'Manage Announcements' from the System menu selections. The Announcements screen displays. 
  2. Click 'Add New' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The Create/Edit Announcement screen displays.
  3. Click the 'Add/Edit Acknowledgement Text' link located below the Announcement Acknowledgement Text menu. The Manage Acknowledgement Text screen displays. 
  4. Follow the below steps depending on the action you would like to perform:
  1. Enter the title of the text in Acknowledgement Text Title field. 
  2. Enter the actual text in the field provided. 
  3. Click 'Add'. The Acknowledgement Text section of the Manage Acknowledgement Text screen refreshes.  The new acknowledgement text is displayed.
  4. Click 'Close Window'. The Create/Edit Announcement screen displays. 
  5. Click 'Return to Announcements List' in the upper and lower right-hand corners of the Create/Edit Announcement screen.
