Using the database values in the chart below, you may create customized URL links to the Engineering Village Quick and Expert search pages that will default to your preferred combination of databases.

You can create these customized URL links by totaling the values for each corresponding database in your preferred combination.

For example, set your default for the Quick search for Compendex (database = 1) and Inspec (database = 2) by adding (1 + 2) = 3 to create the following URL:
