What happens if I previously accessed my content on Inkling and have just registered with eBooks+?

You have 90 days from the date you register with Elsevier eBooks+ to migrate your existing Inkling content. Content that is not migrated within 90 days is deleted automatically and cannot be recovered.

Migrate your content as soon as you register. Once the 90-day window closes, the content is permanently deleted.

How do I migrate my Inkling content?

1. Sign in to Elsevier eBooks+.
2. Open the menu and select Migration Settings.
3. Choose Migrate to move your Inkling content across, or Delete to remove it now.
4. Wait for the migration to finish, then check that your titles and notes appear in your library.

How long do I have?

90 days from the date you registered with eBooks+. There is no extension, and deleted content cannot be restored.

What transfers across?

Your Inkling titles and your existing Inkling notes. Notes are stored alongside each eBook's additional content rather than on the book pages — see Why are my Inkling notes not shown inside my eBook?

What if my 90 days have already passed?

The content will have been deleted and cannot be restored. If you believe content is missing that you migrated in time, contact Customer Support with your account details and the titles concerned.
