How do I request a refund for my purchase?

If you wish to request a refund for Complete HeartX, we recommend you contact Apple. As per their policy, all refunds for app purchases made through Apple can only be processed by them. Please follow the steps below:
- Please visit Apple Support
- Select 'Billing & Subscriptions'
- Within the 'Subscriptions & Purchases' menu, select 'Request a refund'
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase your app originally
- When signed in, select ‘I would like to request a refund’ and follow the steps provided
