What should I do if I ordered the wrong package on Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey?

If you have ordered the wrong package, there are options to cancel it.
How
Select the relevant option for details on how to cancel subscriptions or stop monthly renewals:
If you have purchased the wrong yearly subscription package through Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey store, you will need to cancel the subscription within 14 days of purchase and request a refund:
- Using our webform, select 'Orders and Renewals' in the 'Contact reason' field, and put 'Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request' in the 'Subject' field.
- In the 'Your question' field, provide full subscription details, including your order number and email address.
- Once your current subscription is cancelled, you can place a new order for the desired package(s).
Please note: Refunds are not given for monthly subscription orders.
If you have purchased the wrong monthly subscription package through Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey store, you will need to stop the monthly renewal of your order by following these steps:
- Log in to Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey store.
- Under 'My Account', navigate to the Online Subscriptions tab.
- Click ‘Cancel Renewal’ on the order you do not wish to renew. This will automatically stop your subscription from auto-renewing for the next month.
- You can now place a new order for the desired package(s).
