How do I know if my Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey order has been processed successfully?

You can check all of your order information if you are logged into Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey store.

How

Follow these steps to check whether your order has been processed successfully:

  1. Navigate to the 'Online Subscriptions' tab.
  2. From here you will be able to view all of your active subscriptions. The corresponding order will also displayed in the 'Order History' tab.
Please contact us if you can see the order in the 'Order History' tab, but it is not one of your active subscriptions.
