Last updated on January 03, 2023If a user changes their Elsevier password or loses access to the CME Gateway for other reasons, use these steps to re-sync their Elsevier profile with CME Gateway.
Please note: You must be logged out of the STATdx platform before completing the following steps. Please visit STATdx to determine whether you are logged in. Please follow these steps to begin this process:
- After ensuring you currently are logged out of the STATdx platform, go to CME Gateway, enter your CME Gateway credentials, and click "Sign In." Select "Participating Organizations" from the links on the right.
- Under Participating Organizations, click the green "Opt Out" button to the right of Elsevier | STATdx.
- Now click the "Opt In" button to the right of Elsevier | STATdx. You will then be prompted to enter your new Elsevier credentials.
- The website will present a pop-up window confirming your successful opt-in.
