Why can't I access the CME Gateway?

If a user changes their Elsevier password or loses access to the CME Gateway for other reasons, use these steps to re-sync their Elsevier profile with CME Gateway.
Please note: You must be logged out of the STATdx platform before completing the following steps. Please visit STATdxopens in new tab/window to determine whether you are logged in. If you are logged in, click "Logout" in the upper-right corner. Closing the browser will not log you out of STATdx. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is a key part of the authentication process.
Please follow these steps to begin this process:
- After ensuring you currently are logged out of the STATdx platform, go to CME Gateway,opens in new tab/window enter your CME Gateway credentials, and click "Sign In." Select "Participating Organizations" from the links on the right.
- Under Participating Organizations, click the green "Opt Out" button to the right of Elsevier | STATdx.
- Now click the "Opt In" button to the right of Elsevier | STATdx. You will then be prompted to enter your new Elsevier credentials.
- The website will present a pop-up window confirming your successful opt-in.
