Are warning letters included in Pharmapendium?
Last updated on October 17, 2025
Warning letters are not always included in Pharmapendium, in fact most of them are not. These are usually letters that warn the manufacturer about misleading advertisements, claims made on marketing literature, etc. and would add a great deal of noise to Pharmapendium research information. Some letters containing warnings about post-marketing adverse effects are indeed contained in the packages, but these would be called Correspondence, Letters or Administrative docs.
For example, perform a text search for Warning and limit the sources to Administrative documents, Correspondence, FDA Advisory Committee Documents, Letter, Meyler's, Mosby's Drug Consult, Other Important Information from FDA
